A excellent portable hot spot that is easy to use and fits in your pocket. No problems connecting to anywhere in Spain and Canary Islands

The first time I used Solis/Simo was during our trip to Europe in 2023. I discovered this device through a YouTube blogger. My initial use of the hotspot was in Italy, and it couldn't have come at a better time. We were at a bus terminal in the rain, trying to get a FreeNow ride (similar to Uber in Europe). Our friends were stranded without a hotspot, so we gave them a ride. The hotspot also helped me translate from English to Italian to communicate with our driver and assist us in reaching our hotel. I have noticed numerous negative comments, but it's unclear why people are frustrated, as I found the customer service to be awesome and very helpful. While the internet can be slow at times, this depends on the country and specific hotspots. I have traveled with this device to Europe, Asia, and the USA. As long as you can handle the important tasks, it's better than nothing. Using Solis has been a game changer for our travels. You can connect more than two cellphones or computers. I no longer need to buy a local SIM card and can keep my phone in airplane mode, avoiding hefty phone bills from my carrier. I highly recommend Solis/Simo for their excellent customer service.

Doesn’t work for me at all, get 1500 error code every time I try to accept the terms when I open the app, problem persists on all iOS devices i have.

I can’t find the signal scan button on my app.

Won't even connect to phone do don't even pay for subscription... wasted $80 for the subscription and it won't even connect to the app it's a scam!!!!

Only day 2 useing outstanding very easy

I’m shocked reading some of the negative reviews. I have been using this now for 3mo this while traveling Europe (usually solo with my 4 young children). So reliable service was a high priority for me as we have already traveled to 12 different countries. I have had amazing service all through central and Eastern Europe, even in very remote spots. When service was poor, I was usually able to retrieve it after driving a few miles (as we are doing a lot of road trips). Data is simple to reorder- I am using exclusively pay-per-GB and do seem to go through it fairly quickly when my gps is running (as assumed). In the future I may try the monthly unlimited but this plan now is so reliable I’m going to stick with it for the remainder of my trip. Customer service is amazing, friendly, helpful and very proactive! As a family we now have 2 Solis Lites with the travel cases. They are lightweight, easy to pack, easy to put into purse or even pocket and we have now used both in about 17 countries combined! Would recommend Solis to family and friends..10/10.

Heard about it via research on Google and purchased through Amazon. Have been pleased thus far. It’s very affordable and is very stable connection to the internet whenever I need to be connected via my laptop or other devices. Highly recommend Solis…👍

Not worth the money. Nothing is unlimited without severely governing your data. If they charge you they won’t refund you if you don’t cancel the day of the charge. Customers support does not respond in a timely manner and will just leave the chat until someone else takes over for them and then still have to go through the process of answering all their questions again. Data does not support laptop demand nor does VPN usage work with efficiency. Do not purchase, nor do not get data. Not worth the device.

Very disappointed that this app hasn’t been updated to support their full product offerings like the 5G
