Solves: Calculator for All

it always baffles how developers in these ages think we love getting popups randomly in their apps. Guess what? People hate popups, and it’s hard to love an app that throws popups when all you want is use it, in this case, get going with a simple calculation. Put a menu item with tips, but stop with this popup madness, please.

Love how it looks like a native app made by Apple. Essential for any iPad user in my opinion!

You actually see the equations you type. This is the kind of calculator I much prefer. Very clean design too, that always counts a lot !

I had been using the solves on my mac for last 5 months and have had great experience with it. Downloaded the one for iphone and great ui for it aswell. the free version does my job. No ads is its plus point (until they start pushing ads 🥲 which I dont believe they should). Great app!

This smooth, clean, ad free app was the perfect replacement for the horrible, ad-heavy bloated apps that I was using before on my iPad. It lives up to all the reviews. Let’s hope the developer keeps it ad free. It’s still criminal that Apple feels it doesn’t need to put a basic calculator app on the iPad, but whatever.

Amazing app, I think the best basic calculator app in App Store. Has history, can copy previous expressions from history (not just results), clean and pretty ui, basically does one thing and does it perfectly.

It’s a shame that this literally does not show up when you look for it in the store (even directly by name). Only found it because someone mentioned it on reddit and provided a link. A breath of fresh air to see an app that doesn’t force you to pay a subscription for functionality/ads. Fortunately there’s a “tip” option in the app settings that I’ll actually pay money for.

This is an excellent calculator app that covers all the bases! It is ad-free, has a clean design, all scientific functions, and is available on ALL Apple platforms! Also love the feature where it shows your result in real time. Developer seems to be supporting the app, and responding to feedback as well, so he certainly earned a tip from me! Some features for future consideration would be: Ability to input fractions/mixed numbers, and view results as fractions/mixed numbers. Maybe being able to switch between the decimal result or fraction result. Thank you!

I only found it with a link to this app on reddit after searching the AppStore for so long for a good free calculator app with no ads. Works perfectly on my iPhone and iPad.
