Door sensor not always triggering alarm

If i open the sliding door slowly the alarm will not go ON. One need to make a vibration (slam the door) for the alarm to go.

Ma caméra fonctionne plus depuis la dernière maj.... incapable la réinstaller... mon Badge ne m averti plus et ne désactive pas l alarme automatique... plus vous faite de maj plus c’est de la merde votre système...

Membership fee increase.

I understand that when there are new services some companies need to increase the price of their services however there was no new services added and the membership has been increased from $7.99 to $11.99 for 1 day recording for 2 cameras. That’s a $4 dollars increase. What’s this increase about? Really disappointing. Nov 23, 2017 edit: I see now what the problem is. Now the app has been changed to charge in Canadian dollars however the price displayed on the app in Canadian dollars is much higher than it is supposed to be after the exchange rate. For a 7 day recording membership it used to cost US$14.99 which is C$18.95 but now you are charging C$23.99. Please check your exchange rate because it’s wrong. May 12th, 2019 update: I gave up and went with the Wyze cameras which cost only $19 per camera and has free cloud storage. I used to have 6 Somfy cameras but they gradually stopped working and now I’m down to only one working. It’s disappointing because the system used to be very good. My alarm siren is still working though but the the battery in the fobs die quickly so it’s a pain having to replace them so often. I notice that the battery die even faster in cold weather so that’s definitely something that needs improvement.

Camera Quit Again!

For a second time the latest update caused one of the cameras to quit working. Tech support wasn't able to help. I can't reboot or shut the camera down remotely. DON'T DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE! The camera has been replaced twice and it goes from bad to worse. Don't waste your money on this product. The picture is not, repeat not, HD as advertised. Camera is prone to constant false alarms even on the minimum sensitivity......go elsewhere for a security camera! Latest update (July 2018) altered the home screen so that the 3rd camera is no longer visible. Somfy apparently lets clients Beta test updates on the fly....... Took the developer over a year to respond to my issue. The cameras were initially great when MyFox was the owner but quality has deteriorated under Somfy; HD is not even close to the MyFox version....it uses more bandwidth but picture clarity is the same on SD and HD. Somfy DOES NOT HAVE SUPPORT IN CANADA, contrary to what the website says. Another camera stopped working!

Motion Detector Settings Not There

This camera seems to be working - video quality on app is good. First 2 weeks free video recording then have to pay if you want to record for later viewing. PROBLEM: the app says settings for motion detector can be adjusted - sensitivity level or even a graphing tool to block out certain areas of the motion detection to not set off alarm - my cat will be setting the motion detector off all day long - if this isn't rectified, I will need to return the camera - I can't have my phone going off all day every time my cat moves! I don't want to tilt the camera to leave the bottom half of the room out. The motion sensor adjusting feature is one of the reasons I bought this camera in the first place. What's up with that?
