We stayed at the Sonesta Select in Huntington Beach and as soon as we got there James at the front desk went above and beyond for us, his customer service is unmatched. People nowadays don’t put in much effort and he actually cared about trying to make us as comfortable as he could. Any future visits will definitely be here! Amazing hospitality!

I don't know what's wrong with it. I have an updated iPhone 14. The app is updated. But when I try to book something, starting at the "book your stay with us," page I just get blank screens . In this modern world, I shouldn't have to go to a website or make a phone call to Hotel. All of the other 10 or so other hotel apps I use work fine.

The front desk staff as well as the rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I had a couple small issues during my stay and they quickly remedied them. Great place to stay with great rates!

Matched points, but I use Expedia and Amex to book all my stays. POINTS AND Status “only count when booking through our website” Also, Mira location has super friendly people last time I stayed here for work. Not so much this time.

this app seriously needs an update cant even get past choosing a hotel before it freezes and wont let me even get close to booking a room

It APP doesn’t seem to work. Apparently it only works when I don’t need it. When I am on travel the app doesn’t work

App is easy to use only thing I would like is the option to have joining rooms or rooms next to each other. Also add better pictures for Rooms

Great hotels service staff and app

This app is broken and you can’t reach anyone to fix it. I am missing points for previous stays but the app won’t let me send in the request for the missing points with out selecting the hotel from a drop down box or something, make sense but the problem is that there is not drop down box. So I can’t even send in the request. I instead tried to submit a request for help by emailing cooperate but the same this happened. The funny thing is that it said the hotel selection was optional when I tried to email cooperate but it still turned red and stopped me from sending the email. So through the app I can’t: contact customer support, contact cooperate for help, update email addresses or submit requests for missing points to be applied.

I find myself in a situation where I have to come back to Massachusetts every month to visit my vdaughter. When I am not deploying. Sonesta select is outstanding my daughter and I feel very comfortable. Everyone is kind and considerate. My daughter wrote the title letter for
