Songkick Concerts FAQ
Is Songkick Concerts free?
Yes, Songkick Concerts is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Songkick Concerts legit?
🤔 The Songkick Concerts app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Let the customer search for events by calendar date range. Seems like a major use case, right? Wrong. Instead, you can only look day by day. And you have to keep going back out to the calendar to select the next day. Beyond annoying and tedious.
Something happened with an update along the way because you def could search by date range before. Not sure if you’re trying to limit your API calls or make the app more performant, but there are better ways to do that without so majorly impacting the user experience. This app used to be good, but now it’s almost unusable. What a bummer.
Good but needs work
Good for the most part. This app needs better tools to fine tune what concerts you see. My “Denver” location setting routinely shows me concern in Aspen, 200 miles away. If I wanted to see concerts in a city besides Denver, I would add those cities to my tracked locations. And I’m not interested in virtual concerts. I should have the option to toggle virtual concerts
Wrong Concert
Booked two non-refundable tickets for Shawn Mendes, Row 2 seats only to find out the tickets are for Niall Horan and Shawn Mendes was cancelled. Why even have the event as an option if the show was cancelled and why give me a concert that is not Shawn Mendes?
Bands
I never miss seeing my favorite shows with these reminders♥️
On Point
But 4 point line
Where’s log in?
Used to b a decent app. Now not much to offer me. Can’t log in, & log in is at bottom u can’t see it. If it mattered.
Keep Live Concerts Alive 4Eva
Right next to the importance of food and culture and the different diversity’s throughout the world that makes all of us so amazing so as life concerts we’ve got to keep live houses alive everywhere. This is a great up to her keep up.
Can’t remove tracking someone I didn’t add
If you are tracking a band, and they are playing with someone else it seems to start tracking that band as well, with no way to remove them.
Impossible to delete account
It is impossible to delete your account once it’s created, don’t use this
Great app if you like recursion
1. Go to band’s site, click buy tickets.
2. Taken to songkick’s page for the show, click buy tickets.
3. Asked to open in app.
4. Open in app, click buy tickets.
5. Taken to the song Rick page for the show…click buy tickets!
And repeat until it drives you mad and you just buy directly from the venue. Now I notice there doesn’t seem to be any easy way to delete my songkick account either.
