My best friend

Song sheet pro I’ve had for a number of years on my iPad, I’ve got over a thousand songs on it so far, at open Mike nights I impress the audience with the vast range of songs even requests, it’s so easy and quick to change from one song to another when performing, and should I accompany someone on stage and they sing in a different key nothing could be easier a couple of clicks and it’s done, I never leave home without it

Bread and butter at every gig

As a guitarist who only quite recently took over lead vocals duties I am quite dependent on a functional set & lyric management solution and SongPro for the most part does deliver on my needs . Only serious complaint is that on occasion while in the middle of a performance the app becomes unresponsive and I have trouble selecting next tune or whatever, but this doesn’t happen too often.

Overpriced

Overpriced for what it does. There are no chord graphics. It does not have the facility for annotations. A fairly basic app for a high price.

Great for gigging with Bluetooth footpedal

I use this app for gigs and use a low price Donner Bluetooth footpedal. I sometimes cut and paste the lyrics and add the chords and reformat later or cut and paste the lyrics and chords and reformat later. I then set up Auto scroll and set the optimum time to set the scroll speed I perform using a Donner footpedal set to setting 5? ie “space” command for left pedal (start/ stop) and “return” ((jump forward) for the right pedal. It was after my request, the App developer set the “return” command to jump the forward scroll a few seconds (for the right) pedal. This gives you great control over the scrolling… as long as you remember to start the scroll at the beginning. It’s good to have an App developer who is open to suggestions.

How to import to pro?

I have SongSheet and SongSheet pro. How do I export all the songs from SongSheet into the pro version now that SongSheet won’t open (since the latest iOS update)? SongSheet refuses to open abs says to contact the developer! Hmmmm

Was £19.99 to buy app / Now £58.99 pr year to rent it!!

Apple should be ashamed of encouraging developers to move to a subscription model, enabling scamming there customers.

Keeps freezing!

It's a good app, but when I'm typing in new songs it sometimes freezes and I have to start from scratch again! Really, really frustrating!
