Very disappointed

Subscribed for last 1 years, very happy with ever Upgraded to 2024 version…..It’s been ruined app freezes / crashes iPad ( running latest iOS, before you say anything.) Developers should check all this before realise. Some songs work fine, others get a freeze page…all with same settings Do Not Upgrade yet!!!!

Not able to find

How to easily save or how to move songs into a different play order.

Works great

Very small Uke Group and works great for us. As we get more used to it it makes everything so much easier.

App repeatedly asks to Upgrade when the subscription is purchased

So premium features remain locked.

£5 Bribe for 5* Reviews

Yes OnSong are offering to pay users £5 if they provide a 4* or 5* Review. Until recently, OnSong had a review rating of just 1*, basically because it’s a lousy program. Surprise, Surprise it has suddenly jumped to 4*. It seems some people are easily bought. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW This App has a lousy rating which will put potential users and also existing users off. The recent 2023 upgrade was full of bugs and is very disappointing. OnSong is expensive for the limited amount of functions it provides. The annual subscription for the full package is almost £50 depending whether you pay monthly or annually. I have made numerous suggestions to the developers but sadly these have been ignored. UPDATE 23 JUNE 2023 OnSong has generally received lousy reviews which I suspect is damaging their sales. To combat this the OnSong Developers are now offering a £5 payment to OnSong Users who leave a 4* or 5* Review. Surely Apple will not allow this. This also means the 4* and 5* reviews cannot be trusted and should be regarded as suspicious. UPDATE 30 NOV 2023

Totally Broken

Doesnt want to work, wont connect to chromecasts wont cast and developers not responding to even fast tracked emails an £46.99 a year …

Looked so promising but…..

App fell at the first hurdle as I tested the lyric projection on a song from an iPad Air 2 before a service - swiped to the next song, and as I went down the sections of that song, the lyric projection was scrolling through the previous song instead! That’s a serious problem and one that made me lost my confidence immediately in this app.

Not Easy

It’s a dogs dinner of an app, difficult to navigate, doesn’t look worth a subscription

Linking iPads

I love this app so much I just wish it wasn’t such a problem sharing my set with other iPad users in the band.. it just keeps disconnecting from the router so I have to keep searching for the other iPads. I use iPad Pro 6th gen and my band members all have iPad Pro 2nd gen so I use my iPad Pro as master and 2 band member iPad Pro as slaves.. have you any idea why I can’t keep them connected ? Or do you have a gadget I can purchase to make this useable please. Many thanks
