Chromecast issue
Its almost a chalange to watch episodes on big screen by chrome cast. Keep on disconnecting and freeezing. Paying 14 dollar was just useless.
Subscription services
You will have to buy the subscription for India as well as overseas at the same price because this app has regional restrictions. I have an overseas account and I can’t use it in India. To use Sonyliv in India I have to buy another subscription at the same price again. They don’t have basic understanding of app.

Subscription Issues
I purchased the subscription and the money has been deducted from my account, still asks me to subscribe I have tried contacted and uploaded the invoice so many times now it’s immensely frustrating. There’s no acknowledgement from the Sony app. I need you to either fix this and restart my subscription when you fix the issue or refund my full payment immediately. This is just very poor communication on your behalf. I wish I could give you no stars. Very disappointed with this app.
Frustrating Experience: Incomplete Episodes Ruin the Sony Liv Membership
I recently subscribed to Sony Liv with high hopes of enjoying my favorite shows and catching up on missed episodes. However, my experience has been quite disappointing. One of the most frustrating aspects of the service is the inconsistency in episode uploads. As a paying member, I expected to have access to complete episodes, but I often find that only partial episodes are available. This makes it incredibly difficult to follow the storyline and enjoy the content fully. It's disheartening to think about the money spent on a membership when the primary service—access to complete episodes—is not being delivered. I believe that as subscribers, we deserve to have the full episodes available in a timely manner, especially when we are paying for the service. I hope the Sony Liv team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the upload consistency. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others who are looking for a reliable streaming platform.
Casting doesn’t work
Horrible experience. Casting doesn’t work in any way to watch on a bigger screen. No smart TV app, cannot cast through Chromecast, blocks Apple airplay and even blocks hdmi connection to screens. Horrible experience.
