Why don’t you play the TV serials of Friday evening on Saturdays or at least on Sundays in the morning? We have to wait till Mondays to see the serials can’t understand why ? Please look into the same. Thanks

Paid the subscription but content is not available. Not even the customer care is working. Pure theft of money. I’ve been trying to get this right for days now. But not working. Piece of crap
App crashes often
Please do something to live up to the brand image. The app crashes often and new programs not able to see.
Money deducted but subscription not renewd
I got subscription one month ago, and yesterday the same amount of money got deducted automatically for this month’s renewal. But unfortunately, the subscription did not get renewed and the app is asking me to pay a bigger amount for the renewal for this month. Has the price been revised/hiked ? Is yes, then i am ok to pay the new price, but what about amount which is already deducted from my payment method. ?? Isn’t is ridiculous?
Please change the sound.
Please change the sound of sonyliv. If you forget to lower the volume and open the app or any new episode starts with earph On, the sonyliv sound rip your ear off.
Lousy App Award
I have to give this app the most lousy app on the app store award. Its a piece of crap. The developers have done a shoddy job. I paid for premium subscription and now the app refuses a login and keeps telling me to pay for subscription and refuses to acknowledge my subscription.
App can’t caste to either chrome caste or smart TVs
Hi, I have been using paid subscription for last 1.5 years and casting the show on chrome caste has been not that bad. But recently I couldn’t cast in on my chrome cast and it always give error “Chromecast request 10 did fail with error” Can you check this issue ? Also, it would be great if I can directly caste the app on my smart TV. I am using Samsung smart tv
Problem App
Hi I am having issues with the cancel of AUTO RENEWAL. in the iTunes account and App Store subscriptions tab SonyLIV - it doesn’t appear. In your app subscriptions tab I hit cancel it doesn’t work. Two years in a row you guys have billed me. Please fix this
