Just paid rm50+ to watch sooka on my tv. But cannot open on my tv. It says vip only but i already became vip. One more it saya successfully purchased. But still cannot played.
Make it available to watch outside from malaysia.
Everything is great, but make it watchable outside of malaysia when i already paid monthly

Not for Apple TV Users
Got the app because it says mirroring is allowed. Sadly for live sports, you can’t mirror from your Apple devices. The app is also not available on Apple TV Store. Only available on iPhone and iPad. But you can’t mirror despite paying for the TV package.
Advertisements problem
I’ve paid for the vip movies but the advertisements keep on appeared and suddenly the advertisements went buffering for no reason and i can’t continue the movie that i want because of the advertisements keep on buffering ✋🏻

Saya dah subscribe VIP PREMIUM, tapi bila mau tengok match bola EPL di Tv dia tulis situ “BECOME A VIP”. tekan kat skrin nak tgok match dia suru subscribe lagi , maka account dah log in sama sebiji kat telefon. so rugi lah subscribe full td ni. Tolong fix kan. apasal susa nak access sooka ni. Ingat dah okay dah. last subscribe pun sama juga. please.

I buy vip premium on sooka today early morning, to watch on tv. But after paying still can’t use on tv to watch sport. Can you explain why?
