I used to love playing this game but when the update happened everything changed and not for the better. I brought lightbringer but when I joined back in I saw everything was gone and worst of all, they ruined my favorite class pyroknight by removing the passive upgrade that heals you every time you get hit. I've played soul knight for a number of years because of the familiar, comfy and fun vibes. The sensible dev team updates soul knight regularly, and they're still cookin'! Now there's a prequel out and it has the same feels with an even better gameplay loop. So great.

One of the things I like best about chillyroom is they've never gone full pay-to-win but churn out good update after good patch. I hope this prequel stays the same, and I'll always be happy to pay for the good memories.
