Got very bad
Used to be much better then Shazam for classical music. Now will show you bunch for adds for several minutes before bothering with answer. Soundhound is dying, got greedy for money to the unbearable extend.

I’m not one for writing reviews but you can literally HUM songs and it works.. (at least it did for the song I was looking for) amazing lol. On the off chance the makers see this, thanks a million because it’s more bloody often than I’d like that I can just remember a 10 second clip from a song lol
Ok...
My hound doesn’t always reply to “ok hound” and sometimes for no reason while I’m listening to music on the app it will pop up and I have to keep pressing X

This app is brilliant. It will recognise a live performance of a song you want to know that Shazam wouldn’t recognise, I love it. It has also identified a song for me that was in my head for ages and I was able to hum it and it identified it?!!! Amazing!
This is better than Shazam!
I was on Shazam for 15 minutes trying to Shazam a song and it gave me 6 different songs and none of them were the right song. I literally just downloaded this app, tried it once and it already found the song, it’s a Japanese song which makes it more impressive. Soundhound is way way better than Shazam!
Totally broken, does not work
When I click the Soundhound icon and play music it says: “No music was heard. Play music, sing or hum directly into the microphone.” Then when I click the microphone icon and speak, it repeats my words exactly on screen and responds by searching for a song. So it hears me just fine? Fix your app.
