I can’t even log in or reset my password

Needs improvements as soon as possible!!

Utter crap. Looks like a high school computer science project. Firmware doesn’t update. And I swear it made the earbuds work worse, giving me more connectivity issues than befofe. The buds themselves are great though.

App is crash every time with engine 4.

Unfortunately no support for Opera 05 on iPhone app

The app won’t update firmware. It is stuck on searching. Nothing happens.

As another user mentioned the app would only allow you to register with an insecure password. Once registered there are no means to update the password on your phone. Furthermore, while the 2FA process in the registration does send the verification code to your email, it is annoying that the body and text of the email is not in the same language as the app. Giving the app 2 stars as i had only just got the app and had not had an opportunity to fully use its features, but the security of the app is a major issue for me.

Currently have the Soundpeats Mini Pro HS and it does actually pair to the app and it has the basic control of EQ and noise cancelling/ transparency mode. It’s very barebones, but it’s always nice to have a companion app. With updates, this app should be a little better. Thanks for listening dev. (old review for Soundpeats H1) Tried to connect my H1s but the app is just this buggy mess. Please polish this app. It’s a shame since Soundpeats have great earbuds, all they need is a good app control.

Now the app starts in English. Email for code is in English. Easier to navigate. Yay to the developers for looking at what people want. Keep it up. Would love if it would auto connect to the earbuds when they come out of the box as others do.

On top of the aforementioned, the app has killed my right earbud. Now I’m out stuck with one bud that works and now stuck dealing with customer service. Terrible app!
