SOUNDPEATS

Whenever I open the app I have to close and reopen it multiple times cause it somehow “ connects “ but isn’t connected at all. I have the SOUNDPEATS life and compared to soundcore this is really bad, the headphones and good without a doubt but the app is making things extremely dreadful, hope that the Devs fix all the bugs and when that does happen I’ll be sure to give the app a 5 Star review but until then I’m sticking with a 2.5

I can’t even register in the application it says enter the current password.

One of my earbud stopped working. Now Upon checking all solutions I have to download app and then reset them. But unfortunately I am unable to login via Social media or Register via email. Its giving me issues on Password even tho i have types every possible password. WEIRD!!!

I have tried to register an account, but no codes being sent to my email, and I have tried and created an account from the web but cant login using that account also….
