Boarding Pass on the Go
Get mobile boarding passes for all passengers on your trip 24 hours in advance. Southwest passes have rich color and bold font, which makes seeing your Gate and Boarding Position very clear. Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Apple Wallet!
Apple Pay®
Apple Pay® is now available as a payment option in the iOS app! This is an additional option to our other available payment methods - PayPal® or Credit/Debit Cards.
Travel Funds
You can now use flight credits, Southwest LUV Vouchers, and gift cards when changing your flight in the app. Your unused Southwest® flight credit(s) will show in ‘My Account’, within ‘travel funds’ section.
Inflight Entertainment
Use the app to take you to our Inflight Entertainment Portal1 where you can watch free live TV2, listen to free music from iHeartRadio2, access free on-demand TV episodes, and view free movies.

Not able to start the app
I cannot open the app as being in Europe and I need to call to book flights this is a really big inconvenience also due time difference!! Please fix that foreign people can book flights!!

Doesn’t work
Poor and instable App. Doesn’t work in The Netherlands. Doesn’t even work when I’m in the US. You should make it work for foreign customers as well.

Does not work in the netherland. To bad now i have to fly with frontier airlines. Fix it!!
Unfriendly for European travellers
It seems to be no longer possible to book a flight froma European internet account nor to check in omline with a european mobile device unless being on a US wifi network
Can’t use it from abroad
And no possibility for a mobile boarding pass in the app.
Outside USA ????
Works well when in the USA, but app does not work abroad. Why can’t they fix it???
Booking
I went through a whole desaturated for my last booking. I purchased a ticket on Christmas Day, but I paid with Apple Pay. It took the money out my account,but give me my booking. I had to wait days to get my refund, rebooked and pay more than the original price I paid for in the beginning. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had trying to book a flight.
Assistance
While visiting our grandchildren in the great northwest my wife and contracted the flu. The service we both received was excellent for both of us with wheelchairs.
