Doesn’t work at all

Quite literally didn’t work or load anything at all on iPhone 11 with iOS 16.6 Should be removed from store until they fix it.

Horrible

I went to the Space Needle and they offered us a free photo, so then me and my family took it but then when I went to go look at the photo I was unable to and I’m really disappointed

This app is garbage.

This app doesn’t work at all. Just spinning pinwheels. Reinstalled and reinstalled. Spent our whole time at the needle trying to get the stupid app to work. #wasteoftime

Doesn’t work

Don’t do it! You can get the photos using your ticket number. I tried the QR code from the app and now I cannot retrieve any of my photos. Super disappointed. The app is worthless.

For some reason the system is down. Never loads even after uninstalling and installing, restarting, and so on. It also seems like the other reviews have never been checked recently or taken down either so. Definitely give it a try but also be extremely warned that it doesn’t work. Luckily I went to the Space Needle kiosk at the top floor and sent the free pictures with tickets to my email. It also lets you choose the background once at that kiosk. I recommend that way because at least you can get it emailed instead.

App broken - use website for photos

Like others have said, it’s baffling that this app still exists and is being promoted by the Space Needle. It’s literally broken. Go directly to their website and download your free digital pictures there.

App doesn’t work.

I got an awesome picture at the space needle and they told me to download the app to get the picture. When I open the app it just has a loading circle and all the buttons at the bottom show nothing. Super lame.

Don’t Bother

App Home Screen never loads. Just a constant spinning wheel. Looks like they have abandoned any more updates for this app to allow it to work on newer iOS since no updates for 2 yrs. Speed Needle please remove your signage promoting this terrible app.
