If it was possible to give the app zero stars I would. It frequently crashes. Is nearly impossible to add contacts and will often not send messages with no explanation as to why. No ability to change settings for the watch from within the app either.

This App is terrible. Has great potential but atm it is clunky. It wont let me add my number in so my son can receive calls from me. It doesn’t refresh- I have to keep closing down the app and reopening it. And it also just closes on its own. Needs some work asap!

It works as a phone and for messaging but recently notification alerts have stopped working properly - wear alerts happen in the middle of the night, notifications occur as pop ups but then cannot be found in the app and the notifications list has stopped since 27 January 2024. This needs to be fixed Spacetalk! Update - Dec 2024: Since the latest update I am being forced to allow my location in order to use this app. This is a violation of my right to privacy - please fix this ASAP. The app is useless unless you allow access. You can’t get into it.

App was recently updated. I had trouble login back in only to find it doest track his watch now, it tracks my phone instead. An SOS was also triggered and sent to all of his contacts. The watch and app no longer fit for purpose. Don’t get suckered into purchasing. Go for an Apple Watch instead.

Can you please fix your app as it went from false notifications to now not get any at all.

It is a great way for my to talk to my daughter and she can talk to her friends to. Close my girl has a heart condition. It makes it way easier for me to track her rhythm

Great product. Wish the zone alerts were more in real time. Often don’t get an alert that my child has left school until fifteen minutes after the fact.

Difficult to set up and use. Very poor or non-existent support.
