It so encouraging and easy, am happy I was to about this app
A good app for people in the uk but very bad for international students or people outside the UK
I downloaded this app to find accommodation thou I found a good deal but people don’t respond to messages I’ve been sending messages but only few replied to my messages I’m sick and tired Cause I need to find accommodation before I leave my home country and there’s no hope in searching
Contact information not reachable
While spareroom in itself is a wonderful app, most of the agents and landlords aren’t. An agent puts up a house or flat for rent and ask to call or send message if one is interested in renting said Apartment. But often times most of the contact mail box is full that you cannot reach out to this agents and landlords alike. This is however bad for international students looking to get a place before coming in to school.
