The app is so buggy. It keeps on loading even if the internet is perfect. And i have paid to upgrade, but it still keeps on loading for applying those upgrades. Pathetic

App keeps crashing every 10 mins
The app keeps getting crashed every 10 mins. Such a pain.
Consider this
There is no proper response from any advertising people and pretty hard to communicate and get responses
Not good for international students
The app is good; however, not much of a use for international students. If you’re an international student who’s looking for a flat, then contact agencies rather than wasting your money on the subscription. To the app developers, please add a field if the landlord is okay to let to international students as it could really save a lot of time and money.
Exceptional
A lot of the ads seem promising and response rate is good it seems as I heard from my friends, although I did not get any 😝. However, reducing the price for thenfirst subscription seems to be fair ask.

Wonderful app indeed. I found a short stay let and a long stay rental as well, both on this app. Easy and clear messaging, no misleading info, verified people posting the adverts - makes it hassle free for people like me who are new to the city and looking for affordable accommodation. I found this app very useful.
Ads mix up
The app mixed up the conversation with same person who has multiple properties advertised. You have to go back and forth to find which of the listed ads against an advertiser were you initially connected for
Very good and helpful app
It is a very good app, it enables nice interaction between the landlord / agents and the prospective tenants. Though, I have not been successful yet in finding a property but hopefully I will get one. If they can create a bit of separate space for the landlord and tenants to interact separately (sort of a privilege user feature), away from the tenants and let the previous tenants/landlords/agents give reviews on each other then SpareRoom could come out as a complete home search solution.
