Watch out for Automatic premium subscription for £60.99
I didn’t get an email about my subscription ending or that I would be moved to the premium option after a free trial. only found out when the £60.99 cost was taken from my Paypal. Emailed to get my money back from the app, apple or paypal. The app itself was any use for translating a business conversation.
NO POINT IN INSTALLING!!
i was hoping to translate Iraqi Arabic speech to english but they didn't even have all the dialects!! They only had two maximum 😪. In addition, after three goes of speaking into the microphone, it stopped AND ASKED ME TO PAY SO I CAN CARRY ON!!! You should be grateful i’ve even installed the app. I’m not paying a ridiculous £60.99 just to translate a different language thats not even the right dialect. At this point you cant use the app if you don't pay. THIS SHOULDN'T BE AN APP!! Hate it. Don’t install it.
Don’t Bother
Downloaded this to see if it was any better than the standard Apple / Google options, to be presented with a free trial option that auto renews for £60 if you forget to cancel within the week. Could overlook that, but the app was worse than the standard free options when it comes to text translation from photos. So if you’re in the same boat I was, simply don’t bother.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL
They will send you no correspondence to say the trial is ending and just take your money.
