Sub paid but no access
After subscribing full price with my Apple ID, I got access for three days instead of one month. Terrible CS, no help given, no discount given even for students or Black Friday, despite the fact that in the drop down menu of the Apple Store, in the section “in-app purchases”, you will find an option for $6,99/year. They are not transparent and shouldn’t be on the Apple Store.
It looks good but it's not
Totally disappointed with the app, it completely crashed on word 1869. I've heard the phrase “keep your eyes open for thieves around here“ 1000 times, a wheel keeps spinning and the app crashes. I wrote to support asking for a refund and no response. It's a shame because at first it was going well and seemed to work perfectly.
Bug
I’ve been trying to use the app on my iPhone and what happens is every time an ad for premium subscription pops up, (which is really often) the app restarts for some reason it’s really really annoying bug, until you guys fix this I'm not going to be using this app anymore. But everything else is fine, it’s just that this bug makes the app impossible to use.
It seems great!
Would like to use it, But I’m Italian and there’s no Italian as mother tongue 😢
Not working well on iPhone 12
I liked the app very much to the point I have bought the yearly subscription. Since many month the app is not working properly on my iPhone with loading issues making the app unusable. A waste of money right now
Best language learning app
I tried them all and this is by far the best and most complete language learning app on the market. The only one able to take you from zero to fluency
App doesn’t start at all
I installed reinstalled app, restarted app and it just stuck on start screen after logging in with google account. I pad for one year and this app doesn’t work for 4 days now.
Decent app to learn a language
App is too slow and crashes too often
Robots ruin learning
I think this is the best foreign language learning app but unfortunately at some point human voices are replaced with very bad robot voices. I regret buying the lifetime package because this ruins the whole learning experience.
