After subscribing full price with my Apple ID, I got access for three days instead of one month. Terrible CS, no help given, no discount given even for students or Black Friday, despite the fact that in the drop down menu of the Apple Store, in the section “in-app purchases”, you will find an option for $6,99/year. They are not transparent and shouldn’t be on the Apple Store.
Totally disappointed with the app, it completely crashed on word 1869. I've heard the phrase “keep your eyes open for thieves around here“ 1000 times, a wheel keeps spinning and the app crashes. I wrote to support asking for a refund and no response. It's a shame because at first it was going well and seemed to work perfectly.
The app is nice and the interface pretty minimalistic (it’s like the ancestor of Mondly), but the idea could work. The only issue is that if you check out the subscriptions available on App Store (in the drop-down menu of “In-app purchases”), they offer several plans, but in reality they do not allow you to buy most of them. *** Update: thanks for the reply, but I already contacted you and you didn’t help… still, why paying 50$ when there is a 7$ option available but not applicable?
I’ve been trying to use the app on my iPhone and what happens is every time an ad for premium subscription pops up, (which is really often) the app restarts for some reason it’s really really annoying bug, until you guys fix this I'm not going to be using this app anymore. But everything else is fine, it’s just that this bug makes the app impossible to use.
Would like to use it, But I’m Italian and there’s no Italian as mother tongue 😢
I liked the app very much to the point I have bought the yearly subscription. Since many month the app is not working properly on my iPhone with loading issues making the app unusable. A waste of money right now
I tried them all and this is by far the best and most complete language learning app on the market. The only one able to take you from zero to fluency
