First off would be nice if the bike would automatically would lock and unlock when you near the bike and go away.
Starting from a stop is heavy and would be nice to have an option to start lighter from stand still. A serial1 with same brose has a better lighter start.
Also the motor cutt of at 24/25km/h is to abrubt and makes you feel klicking on of in the pedals which is extremely annoying. It should cut off more around 26/27 which is still within regulation margin and should be without 100% cutoff i think so it doesn’t make that click on off feeling.
Also why isn’t braking light activated on a 3.0 igh?

Need it on my Apple Watch, for the rest I'm happy with this app.
Apple Watch cellular
When will Mission Control be available for Apple watch cellular and works without iPhone? It is very unfortunate to always having to take my iPhone with me just to ensure I can adjust tuning settings when needed. That should be possible from the Apple watch as well.
reset password
Option to ask ‘reset password’ is not working. Runs for ever, does not sent email for reset password
Lights on/off mode
Couple of improvements:
- Possibility for the app to connect with the bike via Bluetooth when bike is turned off. Now I have to manually turn the bike on before the app can connect with the bike. Pretty sure there is a possibility for auto-wake
- Possibility to turn off the lights. Most of the times, I use my bike without any support. But to be able to use the ride tracking, I have to turn on the bike. And that means the lights are always turned on, which is annoying since this only decreases the life span because during daytime I don’t need the lights and want to turn them off
Geen kaart meer te zien bij mijn ritten
Na de update naar 3.0 zie ik de kaart niet meer bij de historische ritten. Staat alleen “ Proberen om locatie te vinden”. Ik zit in Indonesië, is dat het probleem?
Hartslagmeters
Niet te koppelen helaas, heb meerdere BLE sensoren geprobeerd. Hopelijk komt er een oplossing voor.
Bluetooth verbinding
Krijg geen verbinding met de fiets. Hij verbind maar direct daarna valt de verbinding weg.
App has several bugs
1. The app doesn’t save the year of birth whenever I save it in the ‘profile’ section
2. Paired accounts to either Strava or Komoot gets deleted. So I have to pair to these platforms whenever I want to save a new ride.
Other than that, it’s annoying that a user can’t even change the wheel circumference slightly. Where I’m living, I need to change to winter tires on my bike during winters. These tires differ slightly in wheel circumference than the standard tires. Being unable to even change it a little bit, gives me an annoying margin of error on the data as speed and driven kilometres. So please provide users with the possibility to alter the wheel circumference slightly based on common tire sizes for the respective bike.
