Previous bike had built in stats, distance, speed, time, battery life etc My new bike has this APP and it’s useless. The display does not have distance. It has time, speed, battery life, energy expenditure, but not distance. Why? Do I not need to know how far I’ve gone, and should pull out my phone to check? Really disappointed believing the sales person and thinking it would be an improvement from my old bike 6 years ago. Also, it fails to record stats majority of the time. I’ve stopped using it.
Another Ride Lost!
Shouldn’t be that hard. Strava can do it consistently. Record my rides! Hit ride on the app, double check it. Good to go. Get back. No ride recorded. Argh! Strava recorded, my Apple Watch did, but Socialized can’t get their app together to even do the basic. Tech needs to get out on their bikes and see how frustrating it is that the app doesn’t work yet again.

Works for me
I am generally a set it and forget it kind of rider. Tinkering, particularly in the middle of a ride, is not part of my ride enjoyment. Before setting off I make any adjustments, which is rare, and it just works! Haven’t used the Smartride feature much, although I have tried it and worked seamlessly.
Only suggestion would be a paid upgrade to record rides for review later. Right now I use Strava for this.
Bad to worst
1- RPM goes up and down need to be moore stable.
2- Can’t change wheel radius.
3- Millage incorrect.
4- Unable to save ride with the new update.
Latest update dreadful
Now seems to want login credentials and password reset flow just hangs and hangs rendering the entire application useless. Sort it out Specialized
App had gone from bad to worse
requests permanent access to GpS/location data every tine app is opened ... ride mapping details unavailable after rides ... unimpressive app for such a great bike manufacturer
Worked better before updating. Needs new UPDATES!!
When I first downloaded app work great after update it sucks!! Won’t bring up map. Doesn’t record properly. I am going to delete and reload. Hopefully that will work I will probably just lose all my rides, but since it’s missing most of them now what does it matter!!
Please specialize update this app so it works again!!
Not perfect at all
2 main complaints A. The Smart Control drops often and have to manually reset B. Who buys e-bikes, older people, so why are the fonts so frigging small you can’t read them without glasses. The Smart Control slide is minuscule. Please correct and update. Waited a year now and still tiny fonts on the app. Can’t read at all especially when biking. Totally unsafe. Please correct size of fonts.
