Speech Aid is a premium text-to-speech app designed to help children and adults who can't speak reliably but can write to talk with the app - just type what you want to say and press the speak button.
An excellent purpose built Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solution for those with a speech impairment that is recommended by Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) and other clinicians.

Using pre-constructed phrases, the Speech Aid app allows users to plan their conversations if needed and create a more personalised experience. The Speech Aid app is for both children and adults who are unable or reluctant to speak to live more independently with a digital voice, whatever their disability or impairment. Using a non-speech alternative such as this, children and adults who stutter, slur or choose not to speak can gain confidence, better control their speech and write out complete thoughts using their own words.
