Been good but Trainline receipts not accepted via email
The mobile app has been v good, emailing receipts or snapping a receipt and then binning it is great. The email capture of Trainline receipts seems to have stopped working which is frustrating

No support whatsoever
Since the latest app update, the + button has gone so can not add any expenses and there is no help for this in the help and support section
Network Connection Issue
Seems to be linked to recent update of app or iOS. Limited support…..
Picking up duplicates
Super annoying that it picks up a potential duplicate based on value alone rather than realising that the supplier AND/OR date might be different. Come on, build some intelligence into it please.
Consistent crashes
Works well but it crashes after certain point of use and you loose progress in whatever you were doing. Also has a limit of 5 entries per mileage expense which I don’t understand

Use for work
So easy to use. Can keep on top of expenses as they happen
Diabolical
Ancient technology which fails more often than it works. Universally seen as useless. I have had it for 2 years and it is only getting worse.
