It charged me for 2 scooters and didn’t let me or the person I was with ride them and then they locked up and charged me anyway and customer service was practically non existent

I got the 3.99 option cause I wanted to use it for 4 min after I used it I was charger that amount plus 6.69 for no reason! I want a refund!!!

Works well but a group ride feature would be nice. I would like to be able to unlock multiple scooters with one device.

Using the scooters is fun and convenient but ultimately the hassle isn’t worth it because the app is so broken. The scooters have issues of randomly slowing down from 15 miles an hour to 10 miles an hour, which is dangerous. The app also allows you to rent scooters that are malfunctioning without telling you that they’re broken. I had to pay for a six minute ride on a scooter that did not work. When ending a ride, you have to scan your surroundings as opposed to just using the gps function, even when your location clearly shows you in the acceptable parking spot. Finally, the app didn’t let me end my ride until I deleted it and re-downloaded, causing me to have to pay for nine extra minutes. Please fix your broken app!

almost every time I use the scooter, there is always an issue with trying to end the ride. It feels like they purposely made the app so slow so that people will be charged for extra minutes.

Why is there another 5 dollar hold fee for it and then the original price for it like what it’s not even temporary
