As an NYPD officer working night shifts, sleep can be tough to come by, but Spiritune has been a game changer for me! The app's personalization help me unwind and fall asleep faster, even after a long, intense shift. I wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the next night. This NYPD officer swears by the app!

I've tried numerous applications that claim to help you choose how you want to feel. Spiritune truly delivers and works exceptionally well. I'm pleasantly surprised by how quickly and how much my heart rate responds to the music. Very impressive!
Skeptically optimistic
My company recently offered us Spiritune and while I know from experience that certain music can help focus, energy, mood, etc I wasn't sure this was right for me. I'm ND and some instrumentals grind on my nerves pretty badly. I used it for the first time this morning while doing some "heads-down" work that requires concentration. When I first clicked play on the track Spiritune made for me I again thought, "this isn't for me" but let it play. It didn't take long for my brain to stop focusing on the music and really let it be "background noise". The result? I do feel I made much more progress than I would have without it AND I feel much more energized. I'm looking forward to seeing if its consistently helpful or if this was a fluke.

It works so good more like it works too good I turn it on and night and I fall asleep on five minutes when it works so well for anything. It makes so good =D
Nerve racking and frustrating! Not musical.
I used to volunteer in a music therapy department so I was really excited to learn about this app. Sadly when I tried to use it I quickly realized that instead of using real music they are just using generated midi electronic repetitive sequences that grate on your nerves! Too bad! The result is soulless electronic repetition instead of art and music. I guess they don’t want to pay royalties to real musicians so this is what you get instead! Empty calories!
