Spiritune: Music Mood Wellness

This app is so helpful. I’m an engineer and I am always stressed due to tight timelines. Found this app the other day and it has really helped.

It works so good more like it works too good I turn it on and night and I fall asleep on five minutes when it works so well for anything. It makes so good =D

I used to volunteer in a music therapy department so I was really excited to learn about this app. Sadly when I tried to use it I quickly realized that instead of using real music they are just using generated midi electronic repetitive sequences that grate on your nerves! Too bad! The result is soulless electronic repetition instead of art and music. I guess they don’t want to pay royalties to real musicians so this is what you get instead! Empty calories!

I would like to give this app a good review. However, I am not able to even create an account. There is not a single username that is not in use. Until this issue is fixed I cannot in good conscience give this any higher than a 1 star.

Cancer treatments and follow up can leave you not feeling well. I use Spiritune to just sit down and relax.

I love this app. I use it daily and it helps so much with my cptsd symptoms. This is an incredible resource for me and works so well to calm my anxiety and panic attacks.❤️🇺🇸❤️

I’ve been very grateful to be using Spiritune as a Blue Star Families member for several months now. I am both a military spouse as well as an Army Veteran now working in the MSO/VSO space. Using Spiritune for myself and recommending it for others has been truly incredible. I struggle with anxiety and depression from military sexual trauma, and this readily available app has been able to be with me in moments of struggle. This music meets me where I’m at and quickly transitions to a more “chill” experience. I can feel myself physically relax and my heart rate becomes steadier when using Spiritune. I love that it can be a resource while at work as well as when I’m trying to sleep. All of the settings Spiritune has seem to be perfectly curated to assist with different aspects of the day. I attend over 20 musical experiences a year and have music streaming non-stop in my home. This app was just my “vibe”. It gave my music I needed at the right time.

I have used focus at will and Endel and nothing compares to the way this music melts into the background and brings me to the desired emotional state. I look forward to making my selections throughout the day based on my mood ,and testing to see how well it delivers. In just a few days, I am consistently amazed. The music is enjoyable as well.
