I got my splits in only 30 days on both legs and also the middle splits good app I do recommend and you don’t have to pay and my very inflexible friend trued her name is Harley and she was so happy she got her splits and we also got our over split and know we can do so much fun stuff now that we can do the splits and after all the stretches I felt soooooooooo good do this all the time and you will also get your splits
GREAT BUT ONE LITTLE THING!
I picked the 30 day plan because im a dancer and the splits is used in almost all kind of dance, the options were 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. I love all the stretches because its not only stretching your legs but your back and your shoulders. I also LOVE that its FREE and you have the option to buy no ads! But I did notice in some lessons you only stretch one leg instead of both. Im just wondering if I missed something or if it’s intentional. Anyway I really enjoy the app! I really hope I get my splits in time for competition (Dance Competition Team) tryouts!
Great for (experienced) post-partum!
I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to work on core and pelvic floor strength! I’m a mom of 3 and have been struggling to regain connection to my core. But this app has been so great for helping me engage my core and pelvic floor muscles while lengthening and stretching me hips legs and back. It has really amplified my daily exercise routine and keeping me motivated. I’m sweating by the end of it, and my cot has never been more sore!

BEST APP EVER
This app helped me achieve BOTH of my splits and on top of that they’re square splits. I am now currently working on my middle splits and I am improving rapidly. Whoever made this app is an angel. If you are giving this app any less that 5 stars you are out of your mind

I already have my splits and I’m trying to get my middle split but this app only has front splits. It doesn’t have any other stretching either.
Great app for me
I have been doing gymnastics for almost two years now and have still not gotten any of my splits. I found this app and thought I wind give it a try, I still haven’t completed the thirty days yet but after the first day I knew that I would finish all thirty. This is a great app and I think if you want to get your splits in a short amount of time then this is a great app to use.
Really is truthful
Even though I’ve been dancing for almost 11 years, I still don’t have my splits. I never had the motivation to stretch outside of dance class until I made the dance team at my high school. I didn’t want to be the only person not able to do the splits. I haven’t completed all 30 days yet but I am about half way through. Within the first four days I became 3 inches closer to getting my split. Not only am I getting better at my splits but I’m getting so much for flexible and I feel so much better after I did my stretches for the day. I strongly recommend this app! It really does help! It is not a lie!
