I’ve had a pleasant and professional experience dealing with Sploot team. The walking services are personalised as per dogs (age and breed). Their team is proactive and takes care of aligning every single walk on time. The walkers are trained and reliable. My dog jumps with joy and excitement when it’s time for walk and the Sploot walker comes up at my door. 10/10 recommended to everyone!
Like most things, spot has become very unreliable over time. They would not even inform you if they are not able to find a walker for a scheduled walk.
I had booked the dog walking service for one walk and they took around 150 rupees and they scheduled it for the morning and no one came and when I rescheduled for another day no one came on the other day as well. There was no button for reimbursement as well . Really terrible app. Wont recommend
They don’t stick to the timings , walkers cancel whenever they want and they don’t inform you . You keep waiting all day . Highly un professional . They only have 4 people in customer support who can’t do anything but escalate the issue . Totally waste of time and effort . Don’t trust your babies to them .
Please do not trust them. They don’t have walkers but take the money and then most of the times their walkers don’t turn up. They want the dog to just go on walk whenever because basics of how dogs live aren’t understood by sploot. Do not get your everyday spoiled and money stuck.
Your money will be stuck, as their walkers are always on leave and unprofessional, the support is also very late to deal with issues
I booked 2 walks per day! The walker didn’t arrive. Phone switched off. I tried calling the customer care, no one responded and the call dropped! Went on chat with them so Aditya told me no walker available today and now they are rescheduling!
There are walk cancellations every 2 weeks or so. Sometimes there are cancellations for days in a row. The walkers are late and they don’t arrive on time. If you are about to use this app looking for a dog walker, don’t bother. They have also increased their prices, but the quality has degraded a lot.
