Very unprofessional dog walkers
When we started using the App, the customer care was super enthusiastic to get a subscription. After that, they have been extremely poor in customer service. 1) Our dog walker gave various excuses to cancel the walk. From phone falling into water, to rain, to going to home town, he cancelled his walks 4 days in a row. When we called the customer service, we got to know that he gave entirely different set of excuses to them. 2) The customer service said they will get back when we inform them of our concern and then they never call back. 3) The sploot team does absolutely nothing to rectify or find solutions to our concerns. The proactiveness they show at the time of subscription is not there after you start using their service for a few weeks.
Worst Customer support
This is the worst app i have seen till day which has the zero level of customer support During daytime they dont pickup your call at nightime they dont have talking hours . There chat support is worst . Customer support is worst .

Fresh food
I tried their fish recipe after a recommendation from my friend and who has a fussy eater like mine. If my dog could describe that, he would say it was delicious 🐶
Grooming
The groomer handled my dog very professionally. He is a bit dramatic when it comes to grooming but with Gourav he was quite well behaved and I was surprised. A 10/10 service by sploot.

Very good dog walking services. Have tried their food as well. My dog loved the food and became less fussy in his eating habits. The customer care is very helpful.
Dog walking services
Wow thank you sploot for providing this service. I have tried many brands and have only experienced problems but with sploot my dog keeps waiting for the walker and gets excited. The walker is very responsible and is on time. The customer care is so supportive and prompt.
Highly unprofessional
They will not inform you when they cancel the walk. You keep calling as many numbers as you have and the response you get will be call customer care number where no one responds. I had to come back from Ambala to take my pooch for a walk as they cancelled the walk and never informed me. This is a company formed by unprofessional and lathargic youngsters who have their dads money but no interest to work. I wish I cud give negative stars.
