App is awful!
Every time they update it, they break it! I’ve complained a couple of times that I’m not able to make a booking on the app because the options aren’t shown meaning I can’t ‘Confirm’. Their answer is always the same… “You can book on the website” So why have the app if they want you to use the website? I go to the website, attempt to log in, unsuccessful. Again, unsuccessful. Again. Again, account locked. Password reset, failed due to password already used. I give up. UTTER CARP!!!! Great idea, very poorly executed!
