Great app
App is great, simple log of workouts. There is one issue : there some words on Russian - I rexorded workout with one exercise , 3 sets with 50 kg and reps between and 10 and in description of workout is written 50 - 50 kg . 8 - 10 times . 3 - 3 подх. What is this подх ? Please, translate everything to English. Thanks
No settings changes
I like the simplicity of the program but it would be nice to keep records in pounds instead of kilograms. Anyone in the US would find it difficult to track gym stats. Kathy
