This app is exactly what I was looking for. Able to track workouts, measurements, weight. Love the ability to color code different workouts (like weights one color, cardio a different one). And it all syncs to Apple health which is amazing. The only thing missing imo is ability to enter historical data from other apps (example measurements from before) for trend data but developer says that’s in the works. Until then I’m still using other apps in addition so once solved this app will fill all my fitness tracking needs.

The app is pretty good honestly but it missing share option to Instagram stories and widget. Also it doesn’t let me go back to previous days or weeks. Would be great to have a body graphics where you can see your worked muscles. For last, need a 1 time payment fee/life time option… Still testing it tho.

This app has all the necessary features that you need and no added unwanted crap. I tried using Google Fit but it was too cluttered and it didn’t log the date accurately. This app does what the “big Google” doesn’t.

I’ve been using this off and on for the past few years & have enjoyed watching it grow. The devs continue to update and add/update better features. Some may be locked to the PRO paywall, but none of the essential features are gated. I unlocked the pro version a long time ago. I don’t think I’ve used a pro only feature though lol Creating sets/super sets is very easy whether they are rep based/timed/ or a mix of both. It might take a little bit to get used to the first time around, but it’s straightforward enough that you can set up a workout in the first 15mins or so. *The only thing that is a little tricky and takes some testing is setting up HIIT sets/supersets because of needing to keep track of all your rest intervals and properly executing them throughout the workout.

This app is so much easier to use (and looks better) than all the other “premium” apps out there. Love using it to log my workouts. I only wish there was a reps x set option on the tracking for exercises, and an option to copy & paste groups. It’s not a big deal without those features though, bc I literally can’t live without this app anymore lol
