App does not remember login

Every day I need to login again. Annoying

Purchase does not unlock guide

Despite having purchased the New York City Guide and having repeatedly restored my purchase, I cannnot get full access to the NYC guide. The app keeps telling me to ‘get full access’, as if I did not purchase it already. I reached out to customer support two days ago. In vain, I’m afraid.

Old version better

I’ve used the app for multiple cities since 2015. I decided to purchase now the instanbul map bit I’m grestly disappointed with the map and navigation capabilities. I loved how you could in the past set you hotel location and so on. Go offline etc…

New version app

The app is renewed. Personally I liked the old version better because you could get directions and you could find places off line. Some of the places in Thessaloniki where not so great. The other gides like Rome, Istanbul or Wien were better. But It used them in the older version.

Good tips and tricks by locals

Good choice of cities, great app to find hidden gems and low in-app prices for lifetime acces per city.

Just received the apple invoice but have had no access and no use of the app! Not happy.

Makes your travels much more interesting!

It’s a really good app! The maps work offline, you can have favourite places and show just them on the map and the articles get updated regularly! You’ll find places to eat, places to chill, random street art, stories that you would never read about otherwise and much more. I can not recommend it enough. ✨✨✨

Disappointed

I tried this app in Budapest. The infos you get are very limited for the money you give. It’s just a list of address (bars, restaurant, etc...), dropped in no particular order. You don’t get a global vision of the city that you can find on other (free) websites.

Some cities do not work

Eventhough I both the guide for Dublin It does not work. App is fast full of buggs, after which it needs to be uninstalled and re-installed. Everything neefs to be downloaded again after that. Good app if It works.
