Have to keep signing in to app . All other trail cameras I have stay open . This one doesn’t . Go to open app and have to continuously sign in every time .

Love the application but I would really like to see the choice of changing your plans for each camera within the app. As of now, you have to go to website login and change it there. Please add the ability to change plans within the app. The Whitetail Almanac app allows you to choose plans within the app. You can keep the interface you have currently just allow the users to click on which plan they’d like within that “window”. As far as firmware updates, they used to be over the air. Now in order to install them you have to physically insert a sd card. I know I was told if your camera is working fine not to upgrade it to new firmware but after I have added a 12V source to all my cameras, I haven’t any of the issues I used to have with AA batteries. Give us the option of updating firmware over the air again and just pop of a warning like: “we recommend not updating firmware if camera if working fine. Do you still wish to proceed?” Then have a yes or no option. I’ve updated all my camera to newest firmware and to be honest they seem to run even better with less battery drain (which was mentioned in one of the firmware updates).

After having the SPYPOINT products for over 3 years I feel this year the system is not working properly. I barley get photos sent to me even with good signal and when I do receive photos it’s like all of them at once.

When I pay to have HD videos on demand and I request them, they will stay pending for weeks. Sometimes won’t even give me video, just states pending. I have rebooted everything, checked for updates and Nothing works!!!! Little unsatisfying when I know we have captured something on property and can’t even view it. What am I paying for?

The app has stopped alerting me when photos come in. I have to open the app and manually "refresh" the photo page to receive new photos.

App keeps locking and not loading. Have keep rebooting iPhone for app to load. Worked with customer support and unable to get working properly. When there’s a photo I want to see it without going through extra steps.

In the past, I could click on the app and it would pop up. Now, it takes forever, most often I can only call it up once or twice daily. Never when I want to check current activity!

Not getting notifications after last update?

Can’t even use the camera this year because won’t update because phone is not new enough. Phone is only 1.5 years old. Do you think people buy new phones every other day. Get bent.

I’ve had the trail cam set up for no more than a week and it worked fine for a little until it started taking pictures of nothing and maxing out the amount of pictures I had for the month in a day. I contacted customer support and they reset my monthly photo amount only for it to do the same thing 20 minutes later. It’s been doing the same for 8 going on 9 months. I’m completely disappointed and regret buying this product in the first place, should have done some better research for a better company.
