I downloaded this update to cure a recognised mapping problem with my UK purchased Flex camera and it’s made it worse… it now won't even show my own position unless I go to settings and remove and reset the location permission on my Apple equipment… the old app on another iPad still does but not the new update on my iPhone. SPYPOINT admitted that their IOS app doesn’t work properly but have now made it worse.

Brilliant when it works but no warnings that it might stop communicating with the linked camera or why. It could be a battery issue on the camera or it could be a new version of firmware out. The latter has led to this problem happening quite a lot (see Spypoint support pages).

Good app but really needs the feature of multi deleting images, deleting one by one is a very tedious process when there is loads of photos

SPYPOINT Camera’s work very well in deed. Camera’s are in Arkansas and I spend a lot of time in the UK. Pictures come to my iPad and phone in the UK with no problem. Picture quality good. I had a problem with one camera night pictures were just black , except for eyes showing. This is being rectified by SPYPOINT as we speak. I would recommend SPYPOINT cameras to hunters and for security in the home around vehicles etc. Thank you. at the moment i need to renew but 2 cameras you replaced have both stopped working. i am waiting to get someone to look at them for me as I am in uk at the moment. one of the camera is at the end of the free period. should i renew it or wait till we find a out why its stopped working.

Love this camera but am a little concerned as it suddenly has stopped, could this be the batteries have depleted? I have ordered more and will try it again. Other than that it's been great. The night vision is very good and the pictures are really clear. We paid for the unlimited pack and have been really pleased. Initially we bought it as a security camera in a field but we now use it to keep a eye on some livestock. I would order another if we need one as it's really simple to use and set up.

Some improvement, but now will only open in portrait not landscape, who uses an iPad that way around? obviously now only intended for iPhone What happened to the report stolen option?

This app is total rubbish !! It do not work at all now. SPYPOINT are no help at all and the cameras are total rubbish. Link s are getting water inside and now not even turn on. Everybody go buy something different and I recommend Reolink Go solar cameras and you have complete control off the cameras over the app 👍

Disaster for me . Sticks in “connecting” and nothing repeat nothing it seems can solve it

Works well transmitting pictures to my phone from 3 cameras in different locations. One thing I would note though it that the battery level indicator in the app always shows battery’s at 100% until they die and I don’t get any more pictures. I am running one camera on AA lithium and the other 2 on 12v. Would be useful if that feature actually worked but overall very decent Update App no longer works after recent update just hangs and says ‘connecting’. Tried resetting password but made no difference. Please fix this as it used to work well and don’t want to have to reactivate all my cameras which are miles away. What a shame to have messed this up.
