Wow is this bad
I love Squarespace but on the iPad Air 2021 it is absolute garbage. Can‘t even create a new element on a page. How does this have a 4.7 rating?

It does not work anymore on my iPhone why??
app doesn't work
does not load articles on iphone. problem exists for a while now, customer service keeps saying to update the app, that doesn't help though. this issue hasn't been solved for months now.
don‘t use - messes up the website
Used the ipad app and it messed up the fonts on my site completely. Not helpful at all - in contrary! FIX it!
Rubbish
You can’t do anything with this app. It crashes or doesn’t load. Want to edit your website? Want to change a small detail or picture? Then go get your laptop cos it ain’t happening here and you’ll just waste your time like I did. Also you can’t really grasp the desktop and mobile versions of your website on the app so forget about editing the desktop version.
Still some improvements to do
This is definitely a nice app but where is the dark mode option? And what about the widget for iOS 14? Otherwise great 👍
The app is so slow.
I have an iPhone 11 and the app still feals unresponsive.

Not possible to embed HTML
If you dont have access to a desktop device, it is not possible to embed HTML code. The option is shown in app but there is no editor to actually use it.
Useless
This app cannot be used for modyfing the Squarespace 7.1-based websites and therefore renders itself useless. One cannot even modify text blocks. Ironically, support pages of Squarepsace recommend using the app instead of safari when on iOS/iPad. Wix seems to be much better in this regard which is the reason why I have decided to switch.
