Editing pages now happens in a mobile view and they removed native functionality, nothing loads and everytime you try to edit a page it just goes to a white screen. Seems odd to have such a subpar experience whilst charging a premium for it.
I’m having non-stop trouble with this app, and keep getting a pop-up screen saying “Unexpected Error: we need to reload this view.” Upon pressing ‘Reload’, it just gives me the same message, over and over and over again… Nothing ever changes or reloads, and I am unable to click on any other section of the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but the problem remains. Very frustrating!!
Using the app on my phone has been quite frustrating. Whenever I attempt to edit a section, issues arise such as the screen turning completely white or nothing happening when I click on certain elements.
Here’s a suggestion: actually fix the bugs? Try using it on an iPhone, figure out what’s going wrong, and fix it. This service ain’t cheap. 🥲

STOP AUTO Subscriptions website !!!! I don’t need it!!! the website kept showing up fix [websit subscriptions]! Its very easy let people confuse and accident pay two plans and when you try to make refund immediately. Then it’s show up can’t refund monthly plan! It’s totally terrible and like scams app.
Hi I really like squarespace I use the desktop version and have enjoyed first using the tool and it’s templates I built a basic blog page and then moved to the app as I’m travelling and don’t want to carry a laptop. I’ve noted some of the functionality is missing I can add a ‘gallery’ object with many images also you can can get the page once saved in Draft or publish if you’ve forgotten to include a text or photo even on a duplicated page . I’ll still use but it would be great to have more of the same functionality as the desktop version
These people are scum. My website has been inactive for year and they have still charged me every month and haven’t turned off the auto renew. I am not that tech savvy so I asked them to remove my payment details. Nothing has changed Don’t use these people. No one can answer phone calls. Pointlessness
Seriously Squarespace? What the heck are you all doing? Every single time I’d like to add an image or any elements to my blog, the stupid app logs me out!! Stupidity!
Having a website development app is a fantastic idea in theory but this isn’t it. I can’t edit anything because as soon as I open the menu to edit the copy on my site, the page reloads and the text disappears so my site looks completely empty. I can’t work on the go the way I wanted to.
