Awful app, some sort of bug that hides the keyboard when you try and add a password from chrome or iCloud. Also hide the keyboard when you try and enter a Meter reading. Meter reading page takes a good 30 or 40 seconds to load.

Great customer service . Fast service . The application is fast, easy to use, simple.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Nothing further to add.

Hey SSE. Did you know that every single time you want to log into this app you need to change your password? It is incapable of letting you log in 24 hours after changing your password. Verified this with several friends and family members. FIX IT PLEASE, ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

When it works it’s a good app but 80% of the time I try to use it all you get is “Opps there seems to be a problem, try again later”

Just moved from powerni. I got a text yesterday saying I need to submit a meter readings. There’s nowhere on the app to do that, or inside my online account. I noticed the app hasn’t been updated in more than 5 years. Unless there’s less on it, I definitely remember being able to send meter readings on it before. Power ni app is so much more useful, especially for estimating future bills.

The sheer amount of one star reviews on here with no response from the company or the developer tells you all you need to know about this app and SSE. I put up with it until now, but it has recently been crashing when you try to make a payment, will be changing supplier ASAP.

I’ve never used such a poor app. I thought it was just me that couldn’t access it. So my husband decided he would do it. He has the same issue; repeatedly tried to get on it -failed. Contacted them repeatedly and they kept telling us how to get on the App! It seems that there’s a reluctance to accept that the app doesn’t work. We wondered if the issue is because we are Northern Ireland customers. Soo frustrating!

The app has not worked the past 2 weeks every time I have to top up there is an error message completely useless very inconvenient having to run to the shop to top up with 2 young children in the house
