SSE Airtricity

I am a customer that has been paying bills through the website but the app won’t let me sign in with my account details. I called customer support but reckon i would have been better off calling a different supplier. Sort it out please !

The most ridiculous app of all time. Refuses to recognise my username and password despite being currently logged onto my account on said password and username on my laptop.

So it says there’s no phone number linked to the account which is rubbish. I emailed to be told that I need to contact sse Airtricity gas. There’s no app for this! No need for an app to be this bad these days. Their systems take my money and over estimate to their advantage well enough!

Can’t even register. The app wants a 6/7-digit account number, mine has 8-digits. SSE customer support is absolutely useless.

Awful app, some sort of bug that hides the keyboard when you try and add a password from chrome or iCloud. Also hide the keyboard when you try and enter a Meter reading. Meter reading page takes a good 30 or 40 seconds to load.

Great customer service . Fast service . The application is fast, easy to use, simple.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Nothing further to add.

Hey SSE. Did you know that every single time you want to log into this app you need to change your password? It is incapable of letting you log in 24 hours after changing your password. Verified this with several friends and family members. FIX IT PLEASE, ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

When it works it’s a good app but 80% of the time I try to use it all you get is “Opps there seems to be a problem, try again later”

Just moved from powerni. I got a text yesterday saying I need to submit a meter readings. There’s nowhere on the app to do that, or inside my online account. I noticed the app hasn’t been updated in more than 5 years. Unless there’s less on it, I definitely remember being able to send meter readings on it before. Power ni app is so much more useful, especially for estimating future bills.
