Fx rate too high and slow trading
I have been using this broker for 3 years now.
Fx rates are too high and you are charged so much money to transfer even little amounts from aud to usd. I transferred 5970Aud to usd and recieved only 3829$. I lost like 160Aud through instant transfer which is still in processing state after an hour of writing this post.
Trading is also too slow. T+2 time for selling trades. This time is too long for trading shares.
Moomoo is much fatser in every respect.

From last one month the App has been playing up and it can cost you a lot of money when you are using this platform on a daily basis.

Fees! Fees! Fees!
While the app has the potential to be good, its usage is overshadowed by the endless trash fees. Eg: $15 to withdrawal money. $15 to deposit money. (Mind you this was for relatively small amounts like $500). Many alternative apps with equally decent interfaces, but none of these insidious fees.
Poor layout
If you want a share trading app that is great but does itself a disservice by setting everything at 6pt font size with lots of unused space on your screen this is the one. Amazing such a simple thing as layout means it’s not as easy to use as it could be…

Stake Review: A Slick Interface Hampered by a Paywall
I've been using Stake for over a year, exploring both their Australian and Wall Street share trading services. Here's my breakdown of its pros and cons:
Pros:
Seamless Registration: Getting started with Stake was a breeze.
Intuitive Interface: The app's design is sleek and user-friendly, a stark contrast to the clunky interfaces of some competitors.
Effortless Trading: Buying and selling shares is quick and efficient.
Competitive Fees: The trading fees are relatively low, making it a cost-effective option.
Cons:
High Currency Conversion Fees: Transferring funds between AUD and USD comes with a hefty interest rate.
Slow Transfer Times: Moving money between currencies isn't instant unless you're subscribed to the Stake Black plan.
Delayed Settlement: It takes a few days for funds from selling US shares to settle, again, unless you're on the Stake Black plan.
Limited Free Information: Basic information like financials and analyst ratings are locked behind the Stake Black paywall.
The Stake Black Dilemma:
Many essential features are unfortunately restricted to Stake's Black plan, which, in my opinion, offers poor value. Most of its "premium" features are readily available for free on other platforms. For a $20 monthly fee, it translates to a 2.4% annual cost on a $10,000 portfolio, or 0.24% on a $100,000 portfolio – and that's on top of the standard trading fees.
The cost of Stake Black is simply unjustifiable for smaller portfolios, and for larger portfolios, other platforms offer similar or better features without the hefty price tag.
Summary:
Stake provides a user-friendly platform with competitive fees, making it a decent choice for basic trading. However, the limitations of the free plan and the exorbitant cost of the Stake Black plan significantly hinder its appeal, especially when compared to more comprehensive and cost-effective alternatives available in the market.
