Auto invest feature is at least T+5 from when the money leaves your account. This is substantially slower than industry average you got on other apps. This can impact investing performance. As Vanguard get to sit on your cash for a number of days. What unit price you get is also unclear.

For a large global organisation is is such a poor app … I was with BT before Vanguard and the Vanguard app looks like it was created by high school students… greatly lack analytics / information/ features … very poor

What on earth is this in app learning (advertising) tile you have added! It’s a big step backward in my opinion and why on earth this was prioritised over what we are all asking for which is a display of total returns is beyond me?!

Happy using the app on the iPhone, does anything I need but unfortunately its missing iPad support, it would be excellent if this was added, thanks

I just did a rollover from Australian Super. Glaringly missing is returns since joining and investment performance FY to date. Hopefully they come soon. Apart from that onboarding was easy but I’m reluctant to move my non super investments from Betashares direct as their app is great and let’s face is the ETF selection is the same so I don’t care what the platform is.

The app looks nice but is useless. You can’t make withdraw requests, you can’t view bank account deposit details for the cash account, you can’t get a proper view of your portfolio and then top those ETFs up. Who designed this?

At a minimum the app developers should just look at Betashares direct and copy them. The vanguard app lacks basic functionality which you’d expect from a market leader and huge company, including -easy tracking of contributions -showing your returns / performance -showing a chart of your balance over time -showing what you’re invested in and giving some detail The kids investment accounts are also poorly integrated and difficult to see any detail about It’s really quite shockingly poor UI. Really hope you bring this up to standard

Was working on iPhone and iPad. Stopped working on iPad Air. Still worked on iPhone 15 pro. Then suddenly stopped working.. Wasn’t a particularly informative or easy to use app in the first place so no great loss I guess. Just a waste of space

I just updated the app to most current version but unable to click on the login button. I tried tapping on the login button but nothing happens!

The login button on the app wont work even after update. It’s absolute garbage app.
