This app is so poor, lacks ANY features and only gives the most basic information. For a company like Vanguard to release an app like this is actually a joke. The app doesn’t even tell you about pending distributions or have any type of share history. If I could give it less stars I would.

The app updated now it won't login. Very frustrating

App works good. Could I suggest adding a graphical representation of portfolio growth or adding the growth percentage at least? Seems like most other platforms include this, unless my Vanguard app settings is set incorrectly.

The UI is all over the shop. App is so glitchy. Website also glitchy. Do better Vanguard Digital team, and listen to client feedback. Are the things you’re working on even helping improve the client experience? Where did all the investment go? Your competitors have such better digital experiences. Great world class investment products but appalling digital experience.

Why doesn’t it display average cost per share, percentages of growth? It be nice to see how my hard earned money is performing.

This app lacks a lot of basic features and functionality is sub par. The app constantly updates and logs you out. Nearly weekly. There is no portfolio tracking graphs, performance metrics or basic dashboard even. Vanguard is great and I'm sure they have the budget to create something even remotely similar to the Raiz or Spaceship apps.

The experience on the app has been poor since day one, and I can see many others feel that way too however in the past few months, each time I attempt to login, I am told I need to update the app. Every time. My phone 15 is up to date, everything else runs smoothly except the Vanguard app.

The app only shows you the value of your portfolio, you cannot track how it changes over time which is frustrating….

Why can’t we see the performance of our investments over time since we bought them?

How can this still not even show you your returns, or your deposits, or anything else. What on earth are the app developers doing?
