This app is really helpful and useful u can get a workout in anywhere any time
Just like having a coach anywhere
My son and I tried the free version of Stance in Motion and immediately saw the value it offers. We decided to subscribe to unlock all the difficulty levels, and it has been well worth it! The drills are an excellent way to stay moving, improve footwork and reaction time, especially for days when there isn’t wrestling practice. This app is a great tool for wrestlers of all levels to refine their skills and stay active. Highly recommend it for athletes and families looking to keep up with training!

I can start a timer I think they should have a score keeping with the timer so we can have matches and easily keep score
This app is amazing but suddenly I can’t sign up
amazing app but I think it needs debugging. I can’t sign up for it, every time I try it says something went wrong. What do I do?
MOST UNDERRATED APP FOR WRESTLERS
If you want to be better than your opponents, teammates, and most importantly - yourself this is the app for you. Utilize apps to better performance and not pleasure yourself and fry your brain. Now go chase your state title, national title or whatever it is. peace ✌🏽
Please change age restrictions!
I just got the app and really like it. However there is one thing that needs to be fixed. You have the app set at the age restriction of 17+. My 8yr old daughter wants to be able to use the app on her phone. However I keep her app settings to age appropriate settings which means she cannot download/use the app to watch the videos or use the app whenever she wants to train on her own. I have it on my phone and reviewed the content on it (which is great btw) and don’t see any reason why this could not be set to at least 9+ on the App Store. Could this be fixed soon? Would be 5 stars if so…
Unusable
My coach uses this to do stance and motion all the time and it works great. Went to get the app for myself today to use at home and I can’t use it. It glitches and says the “Something went wrong” error every time I open it and I can’t sign up for an account without it giving the same error.
Perfect simple app.
I wish our sport was more popular, this app would be #1. I love the motivation prompts included. I love everything. Let’s get in shape!!
Wish I could play music and use the app
This app is awesome. However, it would be soooooooo much better if I could listen to music while using the Stance & Motion app on the same device. This update would allow the use of same sound system for music and the stance & Motion app. Please update! 🙏🙏🙏
