I can not link my friends and add friends. I have a strong internet connection but “connection issue” is displayed instead of my player id. I loved this game a lot growing up. Kindly fix this

Whenever I enter a friend’s code it shows loading and connection error and then the app crashes. I cannot add any friends so I can’t do anything at the bar and my energy cannot increase

Greetings! I am a star girl user since many years now. I’ve always had my issues resolved by contacting the support team but this time there has been no response despite several emails. I can’t access my Job Center. Every time I open it my app crashes. I’ve tried everything. I’ve reinstalled the app, reset my phone settings.. still no luck! It’s been 3 days now. I’m using an iPhone X. Please help me resolve the issue. I don’t have the app is filled on any other device other than a phone. Please help me resolve.
