I've been playing Stargirls for quite some time, Everything went well but then suddenly when the theme is about "Lingerie Showtime" Its suddenly went eror the next days. And its been almost 2 days? I cant enter Fashion Competition as it kept saying eror, Can you guys please do some explanation and fixing. Thank u

Couldn’t make a purchase, took too damn long to load

Ive been playing this game for as long as I could remember growing up. Only recently got back to it. First few weeks I enjoyed it, but I realised that every time I save the game. A box with the wordings “Synchronising game process” pops up for a very long time and it doesn’t go away until I’ve tapped the screen again. Every time I get back on the game it makes me choose between local save or remote save. I’m afraid one day when I get a new device or something all of my data disappears. It happens when I tried to buy a package from Star Wow. The box with the wordings pops back up again. I can’t buy promotions for competition either. Also just recently, I can’t seem to get my new contexts to download. It kept making me redownload it and every time I restart my app, it would ask me to download again. I’m so sad and I wish someone can do something about this because I genuinely enjoyed this game. I even bought diamonds for this first time :( Help me please!!

So I wanted to buy some posters for the competition cuz you really need this to win but when I click on it, the ‘synchronizing game progress’ KEEP appears and never let me buy. This happens on every.single.time even when I want to purchase diamonds, money, and collections. Also I’m not the only one who’s going through this problem that this happens with my friends too. Like wtf I really enjoyed this game and it was my best childhood game🥺Please, fix this error. I’m rly disappointed:/

Please do something about the update and renew. The subscription of my gold member always disappear in the middle of the night...

I actually like this game. But recently after the update,every time I log on, it keeps on asking me to update new fashion and content. I find this very annoying as i am unable to just log on, collect my stuff, play a little while and just log off. Now, i have to wait for the download, restart the game and then reload back on. Please fix this.

I buy butterfly pack with SGD2.98 last few months ago . Then i deleted game . Now i install again and play but the butterfly pack is gone amd there is no cloths left. I 100% sure that i bought it and i can't even restore it. How to do??? This is all LIE? Please Be fair to your players Star Girl developer . SGD 2.98 is nothing but i want it to be fair. I still love star girl but this case make don't want to play anymore . Please help me to get my Butterfly Pack worth SGD 2.98. Please.
