The app does not include sugar in its nutrition information for each product. I had to find out elsewhere that ginger snaps have 11g of sugar in one serving. This is important information that should be provided for each product in the ingredient/ nutrition section.

Updated app on 6/6 and right on cue it doesn’t work . Won’t let me log in , asks for a zip code to search for “ services “ that doesn’t let me advance into to the app . Enter “ use my location “ that doesn’t work , I get an error code . You’d think someone would test this stuff before releasing updates but that’s to much to ask for apparently .

I just want to see what was on sale. Instead of remembering which store is closest it now asks for a zip code however that function wasn’t tested before it was implemented. Stop trying to fix things that aren’t broken.

Updated app is absolutely worthless. Revert immediately!

After update I cannot login my account anymore. Always shows technical difficulties

This app has serious performance issues. It rarely works when I’m going to pick up my order. It’s constantly stuck on loading on various screens. Additionally, I shouldn’t be asked to add my zip code every time I open the app.

Incredibly slow. Unable to open the QR code for clipped coupons, waited over two minutes at checkout and finally asked the store associate to delete the items and left without them. If you are going to require showing clipped coupons then fix the app and install better WiFi in your stores. Better yet, allow me to clip coupons and automatically apply them when I checkout. Developers . Look at the BJs app for technology that works and fix this one!

Do not like the new list view for search results. Items are rendered unnecessarily large and hard to find things I need. Can we bring back the grid view please.

I love your store! Been shopping there for over 4 years! My only complaint is that the cost of most of your products are much higher than other stores! Don’t understand why that is.
