First there was the Exodus – when survivors of a great war left the ruins of the Galactic Core behind in search of a new home in the stars. Scattered worlds were claimed on the fringe of the galaxy. Each pocket of survivors held on to an isolated set of worlds while trying to rebuild under the great law of Shalun. Three centuries later, technology has brought them back together again. Discovery of the hyperwarp has bridged what was once an unimaginable distance between far-flung colonies, long-lost families, and political factions.
With that reunification has come great economic prosperity. The hyperwarp reestablished the transportation of cargo, goods, and technologies between the quadrants – but it has also brought great strife. Political rivalries have been rekindled, blood has been shed in age-old feuds, and the fires of war have been stoked. Amidst the political infighting, a ruthless revolution is rising – and the fervent explorers of the hyperwarp have awoken something that was better left asleep.
Our very first game, Star Traders RPG, took hundreds of thousands of gamers on an interstellar adventure. Star Traders’ success and overwhelmingly positive reception helped to launch Trese Brothers Games. It was the adventures of our community’s star-crossed captains that put us on a trajectory to share more of our worlds, ideas, and dreams.
We set out to capture the loneliness, bravery, and camaraderie of people living together in a spaceship sailing across the stars. It is with great pride that after releasing four other games in the Star Traders universe, we’ve created a sequel to the original Star Traders RPG.

Restored my faith in portable gaming
I had been playing a “free” game for seven years that promised a lot but delivered very little other than nostalgia. When an outage locked me out for four days I realized how much I hated it. It was an endless cycle of micro transactions and farming, so I started looking for something else.
Enter Star Traders: Frontiers. The first time I played, I played for about two hours straight. The game is immersive and compelling, so much so that when one of the characters died I almost restarted the entire game to try to save her.
Being a gaming veteran from the Golden Age of Video Gaming, I have hated most modern games - they’re literally nothing more than pretty graphics to distract you from the fact that they’re demanding a steady stream of cash and delivering little in return. Star Traders isn’t that, Star Traders is an actual game and a great one at that. The devs need to take a deep bow for creating something amazing. Thank you!
Wow, for a phone game
First I saw no in app purchases and it already had me interested,
Then just like all the other reviews say, this game is deep. I feel like I am playing a game on PC, it has a sandbox, challenging adventure feel. It reminds me of a game called caravaners 2, but in space. And they are still updating!

Once you understand it, this is a deep game. I’m very impressed.
I find that at setting "Hard" the very best I’ve achieved is level 14. Then something seems to kill me no matter what, but maybe I’ve just not figured out the way yet.

Surprisingly deep game that’s still regularly updated
I was so impressed by this game, not only for its incredible depth, gameplay, and story, but also by the fact this indie developer is still regularly adding new content and fixes years later when they could have easily walked away. It’s clearly a passion project for them. Please keep up the awesome work supporting this game! I’m telling everyone about it!

At first I was intimidated by how much stuff you have to do to keep you and your whole ship alive and intact but after wards it was great. Until you meet your first Xeno ship.....
