Worst service than any other game I’ve played
I absolutely love this game, but the service from the help team is absolutely terrible. They don’t care if the game bugs have taken money from you, they will not reimburse you.
Now I’m locked out of the game and as usual the help chat is ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
Fix your help center a.i it is absolutely ridiculous. Fix your game in general, I woke up extra early for grand arena and now I’m locked out and will most likely lose my first ever match in ga thanks to this. Will I be compensated for losing my clean record through no fault of my own? Of course not, this game doesn’t care about my experience playing, their help center is design to break you down with monotonous questions until you give up trying, they don’t csre. Do yourself a favor and play something else, fcuk this game

Unfairness in squad arena
Great game so far but the way squad and fleet arena working now is just wrong. Mafia groups of players who preventing new players from climbing up in every shard. They can chain attack you every time you get in top 10 or 20. Shuffle the shards is the only way to fix this. Create more fairness for F2P users!!!
